Privacy
What this site measures.
This site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no comment form, and no newsletter, so there is nothing here that asks you for your name or your address.
Counting visits
Visitor numbers are counted with Plausible, which runs on every page. It sets no cookies, stores no identifier for you, and keeps nothing that could be traced back to a person. What it records is the page, the referring site, the country, and the kind of device. That is all, and it is why it runs without asking.
The optional tools
Two further tools are available, and neither one loads until you allow it:
- Google Analytics reports how pages are found and how visitors move between them.
- Microsoft Clarity records anonymous interaction patterns, such as where a page is scrolled to and which parts are clicked.
Both set cookies in your browser, and both send data to their own companies, which is why they are behind a choice rather than switched on by default.
If you decline, they are never loaded, and no request is made to either company.
Your choice
Your answer is kept in your own browser, in local storage, under a single key. It is not sent anywhere and it is not a cookie. Clearing your browser data for this site removes it and the notice returns.
To change your mind later, clear this site’s stored data in your browser settings and pick again the next time the notice appears.
